The hotel has a great location, close to the train station, just a short walk to the city center, and within easy reach of Wilhelmshaven's harbor. the staff is friendly and helpful with some speaking English. the bathroom was clean, and the room was comfortable enough.
The hotel needs a major renovation. the room was outdated, and the carpets were stained.

Friendly reception. All reception personnel spoke good English.
I prefer to have a tea/coffee making facility in my room, but understand that this service is not normal for most hotels I`ve stayed at in mainland Europe.

Food was very good.
When are Germany going to ban smoking in public places?!! The smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere. To order a beer in the bar, I had to stand with a handkerchief over my mouth and nose. It was like standing in a stinking ashtray - disgusting. Also, when coming out of your room to go for breakfast, the entire hotel stank of smoke. It was difficult to breathe walking through corridors and down stairs.

The location of this hotel is superb - it's within walking distance of the city centre, train station, and nearby attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly, some even spoke English. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of tasty options. The cleanliness of both the hotel and room were great.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Charged me for a latte macchiato for breakfast when I asked for it instead of regular coffee. I do not mind paying at all but that was miserly. Left a bad taste in my mouth!!!!

outstanding management and staff. All went out of their way to make you feel welcome at their facility. Also want to recommend them for the restaurant quality of food preparation and presentation. This is the only place I will stay on my return visits.

This hotel is a great value for its price. We loved how close it was to local attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. the breakfast offered was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Lastly, we appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, giving us a comfortable stay during our city trip.
The hotel could improve on its maintenance - specifically the outdated furniture and lighting fixtures in the rooms. , the street outside and surroundings could benefit from more cleaning - a small detail that could make a big difference in the hotel's overall appearance.

Close to main railway station and city centre Quiet Helpful staff
Floor in corridor leading to bedroom squeaked. Not a problem for me but could have disturbed other guests.

We spent a lovely Christmas at this hotel. the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We were pleased with the breakfast, which included a good selection of hot and cold items. the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center and within walking distance of several local attractions. We also appreciated having on-site parking available.
The room was a bit outdated and could benefit from some modernization. the furniture was a bit worn and the lighting fixtures could use an upgrade.
